John focuses his practice on a range of property (acquisitions & disposals), litigation, international transactions, business, investments and commercial transactions. He has the ability to apply creativity to find unique solutions.
John was a judicial assistant to Judges at the Family Court of Australia, Sydney. He was exposed to hundreds of complex and difficult cases, including parenting disputes, complicated financial issues, property settlements and Hague Convention matters (International Child Abduction) presented to the Court. Through this experience, he has gained invaluable insights to the family law litigation. This experience has given him in depth knowledge and understanding of the court system and the expectations of Family Court Judges.
John understands the need for succinct and concise information with a commercial focus and practical approach to pursing the best possible outcome for his clients. He promotes the resolution of any legal disputes at the earliest possible stage and at the same time managing complex matters.
